The Atlantic Theater is available for rentals on Weekend days and nights only from Friday-Sunday providing there is not a production or event already scheduled on that day.

(includes use of the facility front lobby, bathrooms, 160 seat theater and standard lighting setup with box office operator and house manager)
Hourly Rates…………………………………….. $150/hr (4hr min)
(includes use of the facility front lobby, bathrooms, 160 seat theater, standard lighting setup with box office operator, house manager and lighting/sound operator)
Half Day Rate……………………………………. $900 (6hrs)
Full Day Rate……………………………………. $1400 (12hrs)
Should additional crew be needed including second booth operator for sound/lights, stage hand, etc. an additional $25/hr will be charged per person.
Snackbar use and sales is at the sole discretion of The Atlantic Theater with 100% of the proceeds going to the theater and will be serviced by the theater.
The Atlantic Theater reserves the right to retain 15% of any and all merchandise sales during the rental time as well as the right to refuse sales of certain times at the sole discretion of The Atlantic Theater.
